Our space is the perfect spot for those seeking to host small - medium scale gatherings up to 50 people.  We offer an inviting space where people can come together, have fun and connect. Book us for any special occasion - birthdays, business showers, baby/wedding showers, corporate events, pop-up shops, special get-togethers, you name it.  

Rental Rate: 

$100 per hour 

Please Note* There is a 4-hour minimum for all bookings.

Private Events FAQs:

Is a deposit required?  Yes, in order to reserve your desired event date, 50% of the venue rental is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week before your event.

 Can I bring in food and drinks? Yes, outside catering is welcome. We are also happy to provide a preferred vendor list.  

Are decorations allowed? Yes. Just a heads-up- confetti & glitter area not allowed. 

Can I serve alcohol at my event?  You must obtain a Special Event permit from the county in order to serve alcoholic beverages. 

Is parking free?  Our building includes a free parking lot with multiple parking spaces.
